ChemTec One lends itself to concrete polishing applications but when used alone does not effect the aesthestics of the concrete with the exception that over time the finish of a ChemTec One treated slab will remain intact longer and looking newer. ChemTec One is not just for damns, bridge seats, highways and heavy trafficked surfaces, but is suitable for almost any concrete surface or structure. It is easy to apply and inexpensive, making it the perfect solution for anyone with concrete that is worth protecting. ChemTec One is already in use by the Department Of Transportation in several states, the Army Corps of Engineers, and dozens of well-informed private companies.

ChemTec Concrete & Masonry Water Repellant is a reactive, water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable, amino polysiloxane emulsion that is a superior water repellant. ChemTec Water Repellant is suitable for nearly every architectural substrate including concrete, concrete block, cinder blocks, pavers, bricks, mortar, stucco, stone, and wood. ChemTec Water Repellant is proven to reduce water permeation by up to 84% per ASTM E-514-90 (62 mph driven rain for 4 hours). ChemTec Water Repellant lasts two to five years depending on use.
